Face to face with Mr Gaurav Munjal:

Having a word with Mr Munjal was a great lively experience. I was lucky enough to pen down some golden rules of success. The achiever himself is an MBA in marketing. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, Mr Gaurav Munjal prefered to start his career with an outside firm i.e. AIRTEL with a belief that before joining his family industry it was better to have an exposure working as an employee in some other concern. He had never been one of them, lying in the bed and living their lives luxuriously, just because his ancestors earned it for them with great efforts and hard work. All in all of the ludhiana office of hero cycles he takes care of the whole department, having his back resting in CEO's chair.
After a short chin-wag with Mr Munjal i came through the fact that he also believes HARD WORK is the key to success. Mr Munjal also believes in the theory that higher risks pay rich dividends. After some promising strength of Hero Cycles which made a mark on the Indian as well as International market the company is now looking forward stupendously towards rolling the nation on a two wheeler battery backed up machine. Its already popular in the region. With no environment pollution and fuel consumption the chances of the machine getting popular increases. They have also diversified into medical field with one of their hospitals at Gurgaon namely RAMANKANT MUNJAL hospital and they are also joint leaders in Hero Heart center at DMCH hospital at ludhiana. When i was coming out of the CEO's room i was thinking that HERO's are never born but they do different things to be acknowledged as HERO's!!!!

  25. Unbelievable!! Lucky gal..
Its wonderful to know that you interacted with Mr. Munjal .. Definitely its true that A leader is made and not born. We know that Rome was not built in a day. Similiar is the case with Leaders.. They take small cautious steps on their own to reach the pinnacle of glory and recreate history..
and I see a potential leader in you too :)
    Keep up the good work.

    Take Care
